ATTENDANCE

If a dancer must miss a class, please email thedancecoalition@gmail.com 24 hours prior to the class. Dancers are encouraged to take make-up classes at no charge for up to 3 classes. After 3 missed classes, students will be required to schedule private lessons with their instructor to catch up on missed material. 

 

TIMLINESS

In order for every dancer to have the best experience possible, please arrive no more or less than 5-7 minutes before class begins. Due to our open dance space, late arrivals and early arrivals can cause young dancers to become less focused than they are capable of. 

 

STUDENT DROP-OFF/PICK-UP

We encourage parents to stay and watch dance class in our comfortable and quiet parent viewing theater. Dancers Primary level and up are also permitted to be dropped-off for class. If you are picking up your dancer, please try to enter the dance space no earlier than 5 minutes before class ends and no later than 5 after the following class has begun.

PAYMENTS

Tuition is due on the 15th of every month August-April. You may make payments via credit/debit card through your online portal or by check at the studio. Please make checks payable to: The Dance Coalition, LLC. There will be a late fee of $10. There will be a returned check fee of $10. 

 

REGISTRATION

Registration may be completed online here or you may call 513-832-3411 and we will do it for you. There is a $20 registration fee for each dancer. You must pay this at point of registration in order to reserve your spot in class

 

CANCELLATION

A 30-day notice is required in order to cancel a student’s enrollment. Tuition will be stopped after the 30-day period. No refunds. 

 

DRESS CODE

Please refer to the dress code page for required class attire. No jewelry or gum. Hair must be in a bun for ever class besides hip hop.
