Yoga 4 Dancers
Part of growing into a well-rounded dancers nurturing your flexibility, mindfulness, and breath. Young people are exposed to unprecedented amounts of stress earlier in life and the side-effects are daunting. Yoga 4 Dancers is a class specifically designed to fit a dancer's unique flexibility and life-stressors. We will talk about goal setting, stress and time-management, as well as healthy sleep, eating, and hydration habits.
